How Does It Work?

You either join a table or host a table. Let's uncover how both options work.

Join A Table

There are two types of tables: hosted tables and themed tables.
Tables with a picture are tables with a host.
Tables with an illustration are themed tables.

Hosted Tables

On our website you can see all the upcoming tables. See one that you like? Than you should request a seat. You will fill out a form and the host of that table will select their guests.  You will receive an email to let you know whether or not you are accepted to this table.

If you are, you will also be requested to make the payment. If we do not receive the payment within 3 days we can no longer hold your seat.

When your seat is paid you will receive a confirmation.

Themed Tables

Themed tables work the same way as hosted tables except, there's no host. These tables are organised by us and can be joined by anyone who matches the theme of the tables. Some examples of themes are Radiant at 30, Glorious Gen X, Mommy Meetup, The Queer Table,...
You also have to request a seat for this table. You will be reviewed by us. If you are accepted you will be requested to make the payment. If we do not receive payment within 3 days we can no longer hold your seat.
When your seat is paid you will receive a confirmation.

Host A Table

If there are no tables available near you, you can always request to become a host.
To become a host you will need to fill out a form and meet some requirements. As a host it is important to keep conversation flowing so we're looking for smooth and talkative people as hosts.
If you are accepted as a host you will receive an e-mail with the link to a form to ask you about your table you want to host. You'll get to choose where, when and with how many people you would like to host a table. When you've chosen a restaurant and date you will receive an e-mail with the request to pay. If we do not receive your payment within 3 days we can no longer guarantee the date of your table.

We promote every available table, but we also ask hosts to promote their own tables. So feel free to share it on social media.

As a host you get to choose who joins the table. Every time someone requests a seat at your table you will receive an e-mail with their information. We ask hosts to respond within two days to requests. If we receive no response requests will be automatically rejected on the third day.
