Table Mates Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full refund: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled event.

No refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event. There are no exceptions to this.

Partial refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund only if we are able to fill the vacated seat with a replacement.
If we do not find replacement you will receive a 50% refund.
2. Rescheduling: Participants may not reschedule their reservations. Please make sure to select an event date that you can attend.
Hosts can reschedule their tables up to 72 hours before their table. If they reschedule within 72 hours they get a 50% refund. If they cancel or reschedule within 24 hours before the table they get no refund.
To reschedule your table you can cancel your current table in your dashboard and request a new one.
3. Exceptions: We do not make exceptions for extenuating circumstances or emergencies.
4. Cancellation Request Process:

To cancel your attendance, you can click the red cross in your dashboard. If you want to cancel within 24 hours of the event we also ask you contact +32 470 13 60 29 via text or phone call.
5. Penalties for No-Shows:

Participants who are no-shows* for an event without prior notice may face the following consequences:

First and second no-show: Warning and no refund.

Third no-show: Banned from using Table Mates' services.

*It does not count as a no-show if you contacted us in advance.
6. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed promptly. Refunds can take up to 20 work days to be processed.
Table Mates reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
